What makes Deaf Employment and Advocacy Firm different? We’ve been serving the Deaf community for years through various means as volunteers, professionals and as advocates. After decades of service in the fields of Deaf education and ministry, we wanted to do more to have a lasting impact on those we served in order to help the Deaf community.
This is our passion – not just a job. Our goal is to see the Deaf community be empowered, be independent and stable members of the workforce, and to grow the Deaf economy. We understand and respect the uniqueness of Deaf culture because it is our culture too!

All staff are SLPI certified! Most are NATIVE ASL users.

Blind and VI Services, too!
Don't let our name fool you! We do more than serve the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Communities. We also serve the Blind, DeafBlind, and Visually Impaired. Our Director, Stacey, received her M.Ed. in Visual Impairments in 1998 and has rich and varied experience serving this population as well as the Deaf. We are continuing to grow in this area and in others as well.
